My DH, age 49, has had them for YEARS, is perfectly healthy. Drs. have never found anything wrong with him. Maybe some people just have them for no reason. We keep our bedroom at 65 degrees at night in cold weather, and 75 in hot weather, sleep with air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Comfortable all year round. So it's not that. He is not overweight at all, in fact slim. Are you overweight?
If Drs. can find no reasons, I wouldn't worry too much. Especially if you don't feel sick and have no other symptoms.
I just noticed your name says hyper79. Are you a "hyper" wide throttle type-A kinda guy? Drink a lot of caffeine?
