Re the sweating: Thought I'd mention something that just came up coincidentially with my DH in the past day or 2.
Due to a few issues with him snoring and falling asleep inappropriatly, even when we had company over, waking with a headache lately, adding the sweating to that, it was suggested to me by a friend he could have sleep apnea. I did a search, and it does seem to fit in many ways. I would not have connected all that with him. Do a web search, and on the off chance, see what you think. You DID say fatigue, sweating, & anxiety. The articles I read said that 80% of people that had it never suspected it.
Now, if I can get him to go to the Dr. and check it out......
