I get the nervous stomach all the time. I have yet to be officially diagnosed with anxiety..but I know I have it. It runs in my family. It could be the smallest things that set me off..but if i'm really nervous about something I get the nervous stomach and the lump in my throat. Its usually all in the anticipation of what im worried about. As soon as it happens im ok. I just keep telling myself..its all in the anticipation. I've been ok so far.
