Arrow How to deal with Hypochondria?

I'm 25 years old, and ever since I was a kid I've been a major hypochondria. It seemed to go away for a few years when I was a teenager, but for the past few years it has come back with a vengance. I'm sure watching my grandfather (who was more like a father then a grandfathe to me) die of pancreatic cancer whan I was sixteen didn't help matters, and living with my 80 year old grandmother who has a whole slew of health problems of her own isn't helping matters either. The majority of my hypochondria seems to be cancer related, though every once in a while something else will come up as well. The anxiety from my hypochondria can be almost unbearable at times, and I'm sure my family is sick of hearing about it as well. I have no idea what to do about it, so I was just wondering if anyone here was dealing with the same thing and could mabye offer some advice. Thanks in advance.
