It was about a week ago after my boyfriend and i had unprotect anal sex for the first time. Ever since then I've been feeling lower abdominal pain, bloating, I gain weight and i can't lose it. It's difficult to pass gass or whenever do i feel pain in my abdomin, i also get cramps. When I put pressure to my abdomin i feel like a thumping or beating. All I would like is an answer.. I'm very worried, and can't find a answer.

at first i thought maybe i'll have my period, then i was thinking maybe i was pregnant, then it was bowel movement, or hepitias A.

please anyone, i would like some help.
