Thanks for sharing that, Fam! I know what you mean! I too have this anxiety taking the readings because I so badly want the numbers to be good!!! They have been excellent for a week now. This is a first time in 4 months for me!
I also wondered how to overcome this anxiety.

I guess BP readings during times of extreme stress etc. would be useful for letting us know when to go to the ER.
