Well I was going to say that maybe the surgery made your plantar facia irritated and inflamed and that hopefully it will go away. But I doubt that it caused it in both feet. Unless all the extra stress on your feet is leading to the pain in both. But the splints do help some and hopefully stretching things out will ease the pain quickly. Good luck.
