WELCOME! I hope you're feeling better and working hard not to give in to the habit of smoking. When I was first quitting I moved the cigarettes to the far corner of my basement. It meant having to actually get up, walk down stairs, climb over some junk in order to get one. It helped with the actually habit of grabbing a cig when the phone rang, or after eating, or sitting with a cup of coffee. I smoked for 35 years, 1.5 packs per day and I've been smoke free for 9 days. The method I'm using is fantastic and makes it so much easier.
Stay positive and remember SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION.
