Is it true that for people who have strong family history f ovarian and breast cancer is it recommended to have MRIs instead of Mammographies (because of the radiations?)

Please let me know, I am trying to figure this out .... is there any phone number I can call?

My OBGYN is vague about it but agrees to this theory to a certain level.
