Hello Everyone,
On yesterday 6-16-07 I celebrated one year of non-smoking. I'm very proud of myself because after 26 years of smoking this was truly a hard habit to break. However, with God and encouragement from the boards, I made it. I still have cravings but after going through that awful withdrawal process, I'll never smoke again. So to anyone out there trying to quit, you can do it. Keep focused and remain determined. I'm sooooooooooooooooooo Happy to be free!!!!
