Sannah: I'm having an incredible day today even if I had to force myself from bed. Just got back from a 4 mile walk which is something I'm trying to do everyday-still got that extra winter weight on!! I lost my job in December so I'm trying to fill up my days and stay busy. Been seriously reaching out to people instead of letting myself isolate, forcing myself to go out and do things that I really have no interest in. Today the depression has somewhat lifted so I enjoy these good times as much as I can.
I've read some of your posts and have gotten alot from them. Do you have little tricks that you use to deal with depression? I notice that a lot of people that post on here are very hard on themselves and I can relate b/c when I'm down I feel so much negativity. A few months ago I was in such a desperate state that there's only one way to go and that's up!!! Do you have a lot of ups & downs? Does it become easier??
