Guess I have to live with it. I've tried all..........except the pressure points will give that a try tonight.

I do take REstoril 30mg (prescribed by my shrink) It can get me 3 hours on a good night. Then I manage to go back & "doze for another hour or two. When on arcotic pain pills my doc sent me to a sleep center...........I wasn't getting any REM sleep. The med they prescribed was full of dangerous side effects and didn't help by much. After my OD all that was discontinued and I thought there might be some hope off all those meds. Guess not.
