Then listen to your body and definitely cut down. Excessive fatigue is the big symptom of overtraining, and it sounds like that's your problem. There's no harm taking a whole week off from cardio/weights every couple of months for a rest, then when you start again try sticking to 4-5 days a week instead of the 7. You should find you have more energy and are able to get more out of each workout, so instead of it having a negative effect on your weight, it will probably help you.
