The CAT scan was performed Tuesday this past week. In ER I was instructed to start the Methylprednisolone and the reason for the Lortab is for pain from the broken off head of my humerus (surgical head). Since the adverse reaction I have refrained from any meds until yesterday when I began aspirin which helped tremendously. Another fact is that in ER I had high pressure, atrial fib, tachycardia up to 175 beats per minute and numerous PVC's. I have not had shellfish but I did eat catfish which is completely without scales. Two days later I was well aware that my breathing patterns were of a Biot's or Kussmaul and Cheyne-Stokes which may be associated with several head traumas I have had in the past. It sounds hard to believe when I say I well aware of the type of breathing patterns that are occurring. Could this have contributed to another delayed reaction?
