I think this is probably very common and I'd like to know what causes it. For as long as I can remember, while I'm laying down to take a nap or trying to sleep at night, while laying there my arm or leg will jump for no reason. I've never read a thing about what that is or what causes it and I'm hoping someone can let me know more about it. It never ever happens while I'm not laying down. That's the only time it occurs.
