My dr's kept telling me there was no way too! Finally, at age 39, I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure or early menopause. All my hormones tested post menapausal.
Ask your dr. to check Estrogen, FSH and LH on day 3 of your cycle. Also thyroid levels too as they can mimick symptoms of menapause.
