I too have this problem and even a clean diet has not helped me. I had surgery 6 years ago and it was hugely successful, particularly because the seat glans were removed. I did have some breakout outside the margin of the surgery and have dealt with that since.

I have been going through laser treatment. The hair removal kind, but she uses a wand that treats bacteria and then the hair removal wand. I started in June, I have been for 6 treatments and I am having really good results. No more weeping, the size of the biggest boil has gone from golf ball down to nickel size and many of the little oes are compleatly gone and have not come back. I still will go back until all is gone but I have not had any new pop up since June even with the warm summer and walking 5 miles a day. I can wear a bathing suit and swim again without pain from the suit or embaressment of what others might see.

I am glad you have found something that works for you, it is a horrible problem to deal with daily. but there is help out ther, you just have to be your best advocate.
