| | Bible diet ...and or "The Hallelujah Diet"?
Okay, have to know, what do you know or thing about the Bible diet..or what they also call the Hallelujah diet...would this be a safe one for a diabetic...or ANY human being for that matter?
A woman that I had recently RE bumped into, kept telling me that to deal with foods,diet,and especially diabetes I should NOT be eating things like anything with a "face" (animals) and or skin! Also, no potatoes, eggs, no dairy at all, no corn(humans cannot digest it!) and that is mostly what she said to me...I would love to know what you all think!!!! She claims that green veggies and fruit,and nuts, and legumes etc..are really the best sources of foods for all human kind!
What do YOU think and why?
Oh and no breads or wheats either!!
