I tend to be on the constipated side anyway (even when well I only go 2x/week). It takes me about a week after a clean out to have another BM. You can try over the counter stool softeners if you are worried. Miralax is a powder that is tasteless. I've even used correctol on occasion when it goes over a week to get things moving. A call to your doctor isn't a bad idea either.
