Is this combination of supplements/vitamins/minerals ok to take?
Here is how much of each I take a day:
1 Multi-Vitamin (which has all common minerals and vitamins)
50mg of Zinc
4500mg of L'Arginine
120mg of Ginkgo Biloba
750mg of Korean Ginseng
3000mg of L'Tyrosine
Is this all ok and safe to take together.
