From what I know, you don't actually have "real" periods during pregnancy, but you may bleed and it may look like a period. Because, as most know, bleeding during pregnancy can often signal that the pregnancy is not viable and that a miscarriage is happening.

Is this your first cycle after you knew you were pregnant, or have you been pregnant for a few months, did not bleed and just started bleeding all of a sudden? If you know for sure that you are pregnant and you are still bleeding, then I think it would be in your best interests to see a doctor or go to a women's clinic because if you are having a miscarriage, you will need medical attention so it can be dealt with properly to avoid infection.

Some women bleed harmlessly, some not so much. Are you sure you're pregnant (i.e. had a test done), or are you just guessing because you might feel a little different?
