Sounds like it could be a UTI or a STD. Any green or yellow discharge usually means some sort of sexually transmitted disease but it could also be pregnancy related (hormones changing).

Was your boyfriend tested for STDs before you got together with him? I think you should have your OBGYN give you a STD test and check your urine for a Urinary Tract Infection.
