i recently got a yearly exam and i was b12 deficient, i took sum suppliments and it got better, but my entire life ive been lightheaded 24/7 and its getting worse, ill get dizzy spells and get disorientated, and ive seen all sorts of other specialists, been scanned, poked and prodded. im desperate for an answer, could a low b12 possibly be causing it?
