That is the thing with me, I never had anxiety until first bout at 43. Was on vacation with family at that time, having fun. Life was good back then, good hubby with good job, 3 healthy good kids, etc. Nothing was going on at that time at all to throw me into this mode. That is why I think there is some underlying physical thing. I had 4 year of a near normal life, at least I could function and stay up past 8:30 or so.
