I took tylenol pm, it helped me sleep, and feel less discomfort. I did sleep in a bed, but the first day I was propped up with pillows, each night less and less.

Make sure to turn your head, so you won't get too stiff.

They sent you home the same day? I had to stay over night (yuck).
