I did have another question. There were a few times that I thought the old meter was reading wrong and I would call the company and they would send me control solution (high and low) and every time that I tested it, it would read fine. How is it possible, if it was within the control range, that it was reading so off for me? And yes, I did the proper hand washing/drying prior to testing. I don't understand that.
