Hi, I have a 4year old that has autism and we were told that kidos with autism don't produce seretonin so there for the doctors agree that we need to give Melatonin. And as we know we would like our kidos to be free of drugs that they don't need. So I'm pleased with less restless night. You can get these at Walmart, Walgreens.
