I am highly sensitive to meds as well. I think I'm very keyed into what's happening in my body, so the side effects are much more apparant to me. I was on Diovan for a while and had very few side effects from it. It is an ARB and had a water pill component to it (25 mg). But it comes without the HCTZ part as well. I had problems for the first week with weird sleep patterns and heavy arms and legs. But, as far as side effects, it gave me very little and soon none at all. Just an idea

I sure hope you can find something you can tolerate!
