Just an update

My 19 yr old does not have an enlarged prostate. He finally saw the urologist, he has a urethral stricture or scar tissue in his urethra. He will have the scar tissue removed as soon as he can get a week away from school. Since his symptoms are annoying uncomfortable and it's not an emergency he can take his time with it.
