1/ total t, free t, % free t
2/ prolactin, ACTH , serum cortisol, LH, FSH
4/ thyroid panel : this was T3 uptake , free T 4 , free T4 index
(I think I'm missing some other thyroid tests like TSH)
5/ got estradiol and total estrogen (is this different from ULTRAsensitive ones?)
What am I missing???
Thanks you guys!! You're my source of medical info and pyschological support!
Try to get Bioavailable T, free t is the next best thing if bio T is unavailable at your lab.
Make sure Cortisol is Salivary or urine, blood cortisol is unreliable. Try to get it over a day, like 3-4 different samples so you can see how it flucuates.
Blood glucose level after fasting is also relevant
Tsh / T3 / Free T3 / T4 / Free t4 / T3, Reverse
DHEAS / IGF-1 / Progesterone/ Pregnenolone / DHT
And all the things you mentioned. If ultrasensitive is unavailable, try regular sensitive, but NOT the regular regular test (which is for females)
Sorry my post is sort of disorganized, i got some brain fog lol
Extremely important : Get GOOD QUALITY DEEP SLEEP. Cant stress this enough.. Go to bed before 12:00 am, if you cant do it naturally then force it with ZMA / Time release Melatonin (Dont need alot like 3mg, even .5mg is enough) / 5-htp. Deep uninterupted sleep releases a shitton of GH which repairs your body and adrenals. Extremely important.
