Hi I have a question.
I have been on a diet for 4 months now. The first 2 months lost 7 pounds. The last 2 months gained 4 pounds. I am wondering if I am eating too little to slow my metabolism.
If this is the case, how do I speed it up again? I exercise 5 - 6 days a week for 30-45 minutes and still eat right.
Any help is appreciated.
