Yes, you should not be eating only a little food. You can eat a lot of food if you eat the right foods in the right portion sizes.
Are you eating NATURAL WHOLE FOODS? (no juices or other processed foods)
Are you getting at least 35 grams of fiber per day from NATURAL WHOLE FOODS (not supplements or highly processed high fiber cereals).
