Hello, I had a bone graft and screw inserted to repair a scaphoid non-union about 8 weeks ago. I was put in a brace for two weeks and a cast for four. About two weeks ago I had the cast removed and an X-ray taken which showed that half the bone had healed and I have a check up in about two weeks. I was wondering if anyone who had this surgery knows about how long it takes for mobility to return and pain to subside. I have about half of my mobility back but I still have alot of pain bending my wrist back. Your thoughts would be very appreciated. Thanks!
