Some tips to help cure anxiety
1) please always remember that you will not be like this forever and that anxiety and panic are very cureable.
2) increase clean filtered water intake to drinking one gallon per day room temp water
3) stop eating all forms of sugar and try following a good yeast elimination diet
4) take 800mg magnesium glycinate at bedtime
5) try 2 to 4 tablets candex during the day and a good probiotic powder suppliment
6) during panic attack breathbout heavily and try to ride with the panic instead of against it by knowing that it will pass like a large wave
