I'm with you on the L4-L5 Fusion, Everything was great for awhile then my boss wanted me back at work (All I do is sit a computer for 8 hours so ok after 5 weeks off) Then from there my pain started to return. I was walking much almost like 2-3 miles daily and lost 50 pounds. Everyone said to much walking, At First I had some minor pain, witch went away. Does anyone know if the pain in my shin which I went through this whole thing to get ride, will too go away as well or can I count it as scare tissue build up? The surgeon office is always so busy i feel like im bothering them.. So Depressed !!!!!

Don't know my next course of action.. I was so happy I was walking and standing things were great just like my lumbar laminectomy..
