A nurses aide is not a medical practitioner. They work in hospitals with nurses. They help with direct patient care. They take vital signs, change linens, answer call lights and help feed patients. Physician Assistant's are licensed to practice medicine. They are qualified to care for patients in most settings (depending on experience).
