I am a certified nursing assistant. and although we pick up a lot of medical knowledge we do not have the same training as a physicians assistant. we are trained to give pt care and recognise syptoms in patients
cna are trained in cpr and yes i have performed cpr on a pt. I also done private duty with both heart and diabetics.
