Harcle - Exercise is known to improve all cardio. parameters and definitely boost circulation. I need to be more rigorous with a steady activity plan. I find that HBP medications (especially beta blockers) have a negative effect on having a positive motivational attitude. Sometimes minor chores can seem like a big burden. Add working 9 - 10 hours a day at a desk job and you can see why exercise becomes even more important, but often shrugged off.
At 65 years old (God Bless), I give you lot's of credit for such a determined, rigorous and dedicated exercise routine... Just continue to keep tabs on the blood pressure numbers, and continue the positive weaning process...
