Hi there. I know this may sound crazy but for me: I had to go from Nylon underware to all cotton, and no baths. It seems like this Yeast stuff thrives in warmth or anything that maintains that warmth.
I also used over the counter yeast cream. This helped some but in the end, I ended up with a perscription pill call Fluconazole which is a perscription from a doctor for yeast and yeast related infections.
