I am also 28 male and have had, more or less, this exact same problem. But I've had it for 6 years. Don't know about yours, but I have it 24/7. It appears to get gradually worse over the years. It is incredibly annoying, ruins the quality of my life (of course, this problem is nothing compared to what some people go through, so i can't complain *too* much), and makes for terrible brain fog and short term memory problems. Also, my coordination is affected, I'm fatigued a lot of the time, and as you mention, I simply don't feel right. It appears to be a similar problem.

The cause for mine is unknown, however I've not had many tests due to no insurance. Others have been through here with the same problem but they have no diagnosis, either.
