Some of the other posters have suggested counseling as a way to gain control over your emotions. It is an idea worth pursuing.

I wasn't really stressed out today, but tonight I'm laying in my bed and I'm noticing my lower left leg (from my knee to my foot) there are muscles twitching and some are causing my lower leg to move a little bit.

This is really scary, because I wasn't really stressed out too much today and this is happening. Do anxiety symptoms occur even if you aren't stressed out one day?
