I have experienced severe cramps in my tongue, neck, and jaw muscles for the last two years.Recently I have been experiencing a tightness or cramping of muscle/skin on the back of my
head combined with a tickle or tingle sensation. For the tongue and jaw cramps I have found that it usually occurs when I am fatigued and or dehydrated(spelling?) and that sleep and liquids usually stops that issue for me. Along with other cramping or muscle issues I have I question if vitamin deficiancy may be involved with the issue.
