I used to commute 2 to 3 hours a day (depending on weather and traffic).

I changed jobs to a job closer to home. I took a paycut but now I commute about 8 minutes each way. I'm getting ready to move to another house and my commute will be more like 15 minutes each way then. I'm half considering selling my car and riding my bike to work. I think it'd take me about 45 minutes each way (I'm not the fastest cyclist) but I'd be in a lot better health and a few hundred dollars less poor each month if I didn't have a car payment.
