Read the sticky note at the top of the board. It is filled with hints to help folks after surgery. First off I would get her a grabber so she can pick thing up or reach for them without doing any harm to her back. Also tell her that there is no harm in taking the pain pills that they will prescribe for her. It is a painful thing to do no matter what way you but it!
