Basically you have to keep cleaning it until the skin has healed properly. To remove all the pus i would use Magnesium sulphate. But it has to be put onto unbroken skin. Aother method would be to use savlon or something sterile. If the infection is still present there is a natural product that contains natural Antibiotics. Its called Manuka Honey. It comes in different strengths (5+ 10+ 15+) It will help with your infection and would also help your immune system as it is a natural detox too!
