The thing is venous leak is usually sometimes accompanied with peyronies desease which is why you may be feeling an ache, venous leak is injury to the penis, and peyronies desease is hardening of hte plake when it heals, though its not always the case the two usually go hand in hand,

You need to change doctors because if a doctor is reluctant to send you to a uroligist it is not a doctor I will be seeing, a good doctor would send you straight to the uroligist to better be safe then sorry mentality,

Once you see an urologist, you then should go get whats called a penile ultra sound this will show the venous leakage and position ect and extent of blood flow reduction
