Eating before bedtime
Is it ok to eat a little something before bedtime? I know it's better to eat low carb so I ussually just get like a teaspoon of peanut butter. I generally eat supper around 6 or 7. Sometimes I don't get in the bed til midnight or 1. So of course I'm going to get hungry. I eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. So should I just go to bed hungry or is it ok to eat something?
