rectal itching is a sign of pinworms...ringworms are not worms....it would be hard to explain how you got a ringworm around your anus...going to the bathroom may relieve the itch as you are more or less removing the pinworms that have gathered around that section... antibiotics may also cause yeast infections but if you are itching due to a yeast infection then you should also feel the irritation that cleaning may cause...see a doctor and best wishes!!!
