Hi Marlene,
From what I am reading after doing a search the CDC is not recommending either shot over the other, reg or high dose. They are not even sure that high dose will give more protection.
I am over 65 and definately will not take a shot that has 6times the vaccine a reg. shot has. They say us oldies have been exposed to so many different virues that we have built immunity to some. I have taken the flu shot for years and intend to get the reg, one this year.
