I was recently told by a nutitionist (not my dr.) that if you are taking a statin drug you should be taking CoQ-10 enzyme.

The idea being that statin drugs rob your body of its CoQ-10 and you need to put it back as it relates to energy.

I have researched on line and found some things to back this up but I am wondering if anyone else has been told this.
